Thank you for considering the Cardinal School.
Our programs are open to all students regardless of race, sex, color, religion or national origin. We also welcome students who are exceptional for any reason: gifted students, students with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome or other types of learning differences.
Registration is open through the summer. Enrollment forms may be picked up at the school, or downloaded by clicking on the links below.
To Register for 2017-2018 School Year:
- Download, print and complete all the forms found in the Cardinal School Enrollment Packet. Please read the directions carefully.
- Download, print, and read the Cardinal School Parent-Student Handbook. Complete the Agreement Form found on the last page.
- Drop off or submit completed forms and checks by mail to:

Registration fees are payable upon enrollment and are non-refundable unless we are unable to place your child within 90 days. These fees are required to cover the cost of processing the enrollment application, and to make sure your child has the educational supplies and materials needed for the upcoming school year.
Tuition must be paid monthly at the first of the month, bi-monthly on the first and fifteenth of the month, or weekly on every Monday of the month.
